| Audition Details: | AUDITION WILL INCLUDE MUSIC: Please prepare 32 bars of a musical theater song in the style of the show. You may audition with a song from the show. A pianist and Bluetooth speaker will be provided. Please bring music in the correct key and no tracks with backing/guided vocals or acapella auditions. MONOLOGUE: Please select one of the provided monologues to perform or provide one of your own. If selecting a piece of your choice, please try to select something that is within the tone of the show and can showcase depth. DANCE: Dancing will be done at the callbacks on Saturday, October 4, by invitation only. Auditioners will be asked to perform a general audition combo. For those interested in being considered for more dance-heavy features, they will also be required to demonstrate across-the-floor ballet and ballroom steps. Videos of the general audition will be posted on the GPAC website by Monday, September 22. |
