| Audition Details: | Audition Appointment scheduling will begin July 1st. Non-union appointments will begin scheduling July 11, 2025. Emails will be answered Monday - Friday 10 am-6 pm CT. Video submissions will be accepted until 5pm CT July 22, 2025. Actors should prepare a 3-minute audition consisting of either 2 contrasting monologues or 1 monologue and a brief song selection of their choosing. Accompanist will be provided. All actors must provide a digital headshot, resume, and audition form prior to audition time.

Laura: 20-60s, Initially curious and susceptible to temptation, Laura succumbs to the goblins’ allure and consumes their fruit. Her experience is marked by a decline in health and a longing for the forbidden fruit, symbolizing her fall from innocence. strong low end (F or G below middle C with depth), strong mix without an obvious break and an upper range of at least a High G#
Lizzie: 20-60s, Laura’s sister, acts as a foil to Laura, demonstrating strength, caution, and unwavering love. She bravely confronts the goblins to save her sister, even enduring their abuse and ultimately sacrificing herself to break the spell. strong low end (F or G below middle C with depth), strong mix without an obvious break and an upper range of at least a High G# |
